Director North waves you in as you pass his office. He moves some paper aside to receive you.

"Hey, so, uh...about Pyroar...I was considering adopting him, to be honest...but...there's one problem...he feels a little...insecure about it.  He's...afraid he might hurt someone.  I decided to go out on a limb and ask him about a playful battle at an earlier point...and, well, he was very reluctant to do so.  He seems to like battles, but...I guess his predator instincts get the better of him at times.  And that seems to be at least part of the reason why he avoids other pokemon.  It might even be one of the reasons he was left here...it'd certainly explain a whole lot..."

Calm, slow breath during a pause, then Nathan continues.

"...I don't really want to force Pyroar into doing something he's uncomfortable with, but I've been trying to get him to come out of his bubble a little.  He liked playing with my Rapidash and Houndour, so that was good.  He's been receptive to the slow progress, at least, and the more pokemon I introduce him to that he likes, the more likely he is to come out of that shell of his.  Problem with that, though...well, I don't have the time to be here every day to work with Pyroar on that, obviously.  So...do you have any suggestions on what could maybe be done?"
