Terra Time!
Naturally, the rugged wanderer doesn't pick up on the subtle/somewhat unsubtle signs of the fae lady's wonder and almost flustered astonishment as he candidly spoke about. He's even completely oblivious to the deeper implications of meekness, as by this point Shiva being reserved, coy, and/or whimsy filled was what he'd come to expect from the woman, and so he just shrugged it off.
After all, if he'd offended or hurt her with any of his statement, she would no doubt be rather......upfront about it. Sweet and caring as she was, Shiva could be quite.....frigidly unnerving when offended.
(…)
Terra looked mildly relieved by the mystical lass' acceptance of the honoring appellation he'd gave her - as it meant he hadn't committed the rare faux pass of estranging someone else with compliments-, but as she continued he grew confused again....and somewhat worried too, judging by the way his eyebrows bunched/unbunched up together as he listened.
"Thank you, Shiva. *Rubs back of head* Meant no bad calling you Wise Woman. Only wanted to show you.....respect and honor you deserve. *Looks confused* ….What's an archetype, though? *Pauses* ...Ven said you had *Face scrunches up* 'an abnormally high affinity and talent with most things arcane, supernatural, and Fairy type in general.' Said you were....different from most people now too? More.....'special?' But you say you do not? *Shakes head* Very confusing....."
(…)
Again, the simple and now merchant monk (an oxymoron combination, no doubt!) didn't pick up on accidently (albeit briefly) Intimidating the Fairy woman, nor get through her subsequent poker face, and instead simply listened to her counter offer with zero change in his own expression. His silence endured for a couple minutes afterwards as he mulled over the details, before finally he abruptly nodded and stuck out a hand forward for a handshake, very nearly jabbing her in the stomach!
"Deal. *Smiles* Glad we could come to an agreement. Will do both of us much good, if we do things right. *Beat, before he rubs the back of his head in a....bashful way?* …Thank you for the.....praise too. Makes me happy to know that Mama and Papa did good job in teaching me their trade."
Genie Time!
Though not fully vocalized/expressed, the 'Fairy' Princess could tell from Shiva's own laughter they were all too pleased with her own unique personality, which prompted her to pull away again to strike a faux haughty pose and glided a claw over her antenna, as if to say 'Yes, I AM specially mischievous AND mischievously special, and you can't help but love and admire me for both, Drzzt!'
Odd as it may be for a Fairy Trainer and a wily dragoness to get along like a house on fire, it didn't diminish the fact that the two of them were, both in the most happily benign and fiendishly dubious of sense! Will Cheshire....nay, the entire world be able to handle the trouble these two women would concoct? Only time would tell.....
(…)
Shiva's emotionally dynamic chuckles deeper meaning were mostly lost on the mountain of the man, so they didn't reassure him in the slightest - in fact, he'd looked more dreadfully resigned to 'what is to come'' from his Dragonfly Djiinni and their playdate. Still, he didn't raise much more of a fuss and seemed to be recovering into a more grimly serious state of mind to better prepare himself for 'what is to come' , so all was well between the monk and the maiden.
(…)
When Cottenee made the motions of perching themselves on her head, Genie deftly plucked them out of the air with their free claw and easily redirected them onto their master's instead, waggling her finger at them in playful admonishment. Just because she was comfortable and friendly with them and their partner didn't mean she wanted to be used as a literally headrest by the fluffball, even if it could be oh so comfortable. She still had her pride and preferences as a Dragoness, and beyond that she did NOT want her antenna to be messed with in any way! They were sensitive AND important for her to detect all sorts of stuff correctly, you know!
(…)
Genie appeared to be amenable to all the suggested plans (the Wild Pokémon Scare in particular caused her eyes to light up wickedly), but their wager for a hide and seek match really got their attention, as she seized the fae lady up like a Meowth with a Rattatta, before giving them a positively devilish smile as she nodded. A game of guile and cunning ,and a hunting one at them, hmm? Well, how could she, a clever and predatory dragon, resist such a challenge?
Oh, the poor girl doesn't know what they are in for. Which, for the mischievous dragoness, was a extremely fine thing indeed. Te he he he ha.
(The Hide and Seek Game can be done with a Stealth vs. Alertness Roll (DEX + Survival + Stealth vs Insight + Survival + Alert respectively), with Genie getting + 1 Dice Bonus due to being a natural hunter, and we can out play the results of it! That is, if you want to dear!)

Like the wind, I come and go as I please... but I am always there to provide a comforting breeze.
