Let's add Orthros, Carvanha, Calam, Shinx, Vespiquen, Pulse, Sableye. And if Terra ends up keeping the TM I'll expand his list too.
As for Stealth Rocks + Spikes, I'm not sure. I have a feeling that means it doesn't stack with itself.
You can certainly have both in the games.
Expending 2 actions to deal 2 damage to every (well, most) incoming Pokemon doesn't seem OP. @Dragonstrike what do you think?
