A few notes about Noire's orders, @Mikaruge108. Hida's look good now.
- Ominous Wind and Hex only have 2 power (not counting Hex's effect)
- Screech uses Canalize for its specialty and has no innate inaccuracy, so it also has a base dice pool of 11.
- If you're giving yourself a -4/5/6/7 action penalty, make sure to order 4 actions for clarity.
- Hexing a Flinched Electabuzz is a good call! But keep in mind that Hida is last in the initiative, and Noire moves after the Electabuzz do, so it'd be difficult to pull off in this specific case. Keep the specific conditions of the battle in mind when issuing orders. (Good use of conditional orders, though!)
Side note: Hex might be able to do increased damage to a target blinded by FLASH if Iron allows that, though...
