Electruxo's Umbrella
Combines the effects of a Magnet and a Mystic Water. This item is not League-legal in 2017, but no one bothered to make it against the rules in 1925. It's legal until the turn of the century and in all wild battles.

Whoahw. Shiva went to investigate this umbrella while Vaporeon was extinguishing the flames and the others were talking/introducing oneself and I did intent for her to take it with her if it's safe to do so, so most likely this Item goes to her belongings unless Spira snatches it immediately? Though in general Shiva is fine with sharing Items with others, means loaning it for important battles or so.

(OOC note, Spira has only one pokemon that would benefit from the magnet effects of the item, and he'd rather give that pokemon an expert belt, so Shiva is free to keep that item.)
