Your Pokedex does show Meditite living in the Great Divide (the group has even seen them - I think it was Heart.)
Heart fought a trainer owned Medicham on top of Vapor Falls. Shiva met a trainer who owns a Meditite in Fireweed Forest, but never actually saw the pokemon in question.
We did also spend the better part of a week traveling through the Great Divide on the way back from meeting Landorus, though, so odds are we could have definitely seen one. Terra can probably ask Nathan, Shiva, or Heart about if they've seen any Meditite/Medicham if Windos wants to go down that route, I imagine.
