I'd look more at the book's movepool than Bulbapedia's. If a pokemon has a move not listed in the book, it's probably really special in this campaign (like Masq, for instance. No Unfezant can usually learn Mimic. However, we also need to consider that Mimic is a universal TM/tutor move in gen 1/3 respectively, I suppose...)
The ? moves that Hitmonlee is most likely to have are Bounce, Rapid Spin, and Mach Punch. Blaze Kick is still an immediate potential concern, obviously, since it's a level up move.
