Hitmonlee and Farfetch'd are valid targets. Actually I'm not sure if Terra intended to capture him or release him or what.

I think he might have been waiting for everyone to get back together, maybe?  In any case, I have a good feeling the duck is coming along with us.  Wouldn't want to leave 'em there after just saving their life, right?  Plus, Terra's still holding them, and it looks young and probably a little scared, so I think it's reasonable for Nathan to yank 'em along.
