The fossil Pokemon's forelegs now gleam the color of gold.

This is also the first time the Lizard has had a more personal reaction - he starts admiring his legs, and seems to understand you have made them purtier than he could have done himself.

"There.  All done.  Looks good, don't it?  And now everyone can see just how special you're species is."

"I can help ya stay in tip top shape, and I've only got one thing ask of you in return: would ya mind joining me on my adventures?  No matter the hardships we come across, I'll make sure ya stay in good form.  No worries about food, a warm place to sleep, keeping your arms nice and shiny, greedy predators of all kinds...you're something special, and I want to make sure that it can be appreciated by everyone, including yourself.  Sound like a good deal?"

Surprisingly, the little lizard seems interested in staying in shape, too. Even though it seems verrry lazy.
