Oh lolz, I was just about to ask whether Noire's a male or female. Nubi was, eh...your male Misdreavus, is that correct?
Booh, Shiva found herself a bit disappointed that smol and scary Shuppet wasn't really able to show off what she was capable of. On the other hand, how Spiira himself seems unfazed by that and doesn't loose any vigor or confidence was quite something to see, she got the feeling that she's having all reasons to be silenty impressed by this spectral Breeder. Aww! A Misdreavus being under his care reminded her on that wicked Mismagius by Chuckles that learned how to cast spells on its own according to him, causing shivers running down her spine.
"I'm sorry that Noire - neat nickname, by the way - is already out... But that Screech of hers was a good call!" Shiva covers her ears a bit before giving new orders: "Glaceon, MORE! Let them hear your voice LOUD and CLEAR! But, ah... remember to not accidently overdo it and knock your foes out. Channel your strength accordingly please!" She's hoping that the battle room is at least a bit soundproof as she's not intending to accidently burst windows or cups. Or her glasses.

Damage Roll: 4*Strength + 3 Power of the move, still no STAB nor Adaptability Bonus anymore = 7d6
Additional notes: Will still hit both, Wailmer and Hippowdon. Soundbased, so covering won't save them. More nice waves in the water and dunes in the sand.
Primal Glaceon's Loyalty and Disobediance are equal, I'm positive he'll listen to Shiva's request of not faint the foes.
