[Game Update] Halloween Pokemon and 1.2.4

From what I can tell, none of the Mystery Gift Pokemon have any unique or new stuff, like Shell Smash Cassnail or Regenorater Luxi. Not sure if that's a good thing or not, but at least nobody will miss out on anything besides the unique sprite!

And I think they have set natures and genders, too.  The only random things from what I can tell are:
 - Ability, but only for one of them
 - whether they're Shiny

All around, I'm happy with these Halloween MGs
