Those moves go off while in the Pokemon Center, but if you move Scenes you'll have to use them again.
Guess I gonna use them only when we find those Scimitars only. I just wanted to prepare myself to not waste a action buffing myself in the middle of battle and just focus in the attack.
Kogeki currently ability to active in battles: Anticipation.
