All but Detective Thrawn and the two Campers Balin & Jill are rescued if I got things right. Seeing justice for her actions/she being dealt with for what she's done would indeed be up Shiva's in-chara ally.
But if I'm being very honest, I'd rather pull Detective Thrawn from the lake with us for the sake of rescuing him securely, this would reveal us as timetravelers and likely cause him asking questions, but - as said - it'd rescue him.
