Hmmmm...so since Swablu has 2 Disobedience right now, when she evolves, she'll have...4 Disobedience...oh my...an Altaria that might be incredibly violent...that's, uh...quite something, to say the least...

Its no worse than Angie, who's an absolute sweet heart to anyone who's both her and her father's friend, and serenely + politely aloof towards all else. Given Swablu's attitude, they'll likely be a fiesty, trouble making Dragon like Genie when she Evolves into an Altaria, which sorta fits in with their latent Fairy potential. Heck, since you have Noble Blood, you only need to raise their Loyalty once before their Disobedience becomes a non-issue, so I wouldn't fret about it! If anything, Terra's likely has the most to worry from them, if that living cotton swab ever meets with his dragonfly princess......

Are you going to give a nickname to the Swablu? Its not common, but neither is it all that rare either, so it might deserve on to set it (more) apart from its species.
