Spiritmon, Lord Windos, and Mikaruge108, what do you guys say to Shiva taking Togepi now rather than later?

Shiva wants to take it because it's the most unhappy pokemon Juni had, and a baby at that.  Something that Nathan and Gallade can definitely empathize with, but...

Nathan would rather it stay in Thrawn's custody for now because it can always be adopted through legal channels later (and the League won't mistreat it even though they can't give it as much personal attention), and it's potentially a strong piece of evidence against Juni.

I'm rather ambivalent on the matter OOC, true the Pokemon would make invaluable evidence against Juni, but I also can see why Shiva would want to adopt it now, if nothing else, preventing it from going through all the legal stuff that might make it even more unhappy. Although Spira would probably lean more toward Nathan's opinion.
