If we're combining the logic of both this campaign and that video, then the winning title would actually go to any Gardevoir that knows Thief that's holding a Darkinium Z.  Gardevoir that know Thief (the only damaging Dark move they can learn as of Gen 7) are internationally banned from using Black Hole Eclipse in the Celadon City campaign's universe.

However, I'd argue that Mew's signature Z-move is more powerful.  Why?  Because it's called Genesis Supernova.  As in, it's an explosion that rivals the power of the Big Bang, the explosion that was the beginning of the universe (according to science, anyways).  When it's interpreted more literally like that...yeah, that's pretty destructive.  You could also argue that Roar of Time and Spacial Rend are potentially just as strong as a black hole/big bang, if not more so, given their own time and space bending traits that could potentially destroy the universe...but at that point, we're probably just nitpicking.

And I think that would probably answer the question of 'how powerful would Mew say a full strength GS is?'  The power she has over creation itself isn't just for show, after all.  (Do forgive me if ya wanted to answer yourself or if my answer is a little inaccurate, Mew.  Windos has been rather busy, as I'm sure you know, so I figured I'd try to speed things along)

Well, in my opinion Black Hole Eclipse is still very much strong. As much Roar of Time and Spacial Rend are almighty powerful moves, Black Hole Eclipse is literally, well, a black hole. A massive distortion of time, space and reality who such gravity can devour literally anything: Planets, stars, the sun, anything! Not even the light can escape. If not careful, it's a move who could end the planet. Or worse our entire Galaxy because the more it eat, the bigger it becomes.

Also I still would like to hear Genesis Supernova by Mew yet.

'........*Sighs* Though I am mostly emotionless right now, I find myself somewhat annoyed by these questions regarding......Genesis Supernova. Especially since I am about to use it on the NRF. I thought Dragonstrike's explanation - forgivably erroneous as it was - would have sufficed enough until Windos decided it was time to move things forward, but I was mistaken.

Very well, I will tell you how powerful Genesis Supernova is. Were I at my full power, and had utilized every means to enhancing both it and the Move's power to their maximum limit, a single Genesis Supernova would have the capacity to destroy an area roughly the size of the entirety of North America, down to 20 kilometers of the crust. The explosion and blast radius would also trigger other devastating natural disaster such as earthquakes, tsunamis, super storms, volcanic eruptions, etc. , and the shock waves and leftover energy would likely spread and damage much of the world outside of the area Genesis Supernova destroyed. In sum, total amount of areas destroy or negatively affected by the Move would equate to a quarter of the Earth, give or take another fifth of it.'

For comparison, a Garvedour using Black Hole Eclipse under similar condition would only eradicate an area the size of Goldenrod down to 5 kilometers of the crust, and only devastate an area of land 3/2 of the Black Holes' circumference briefly, before it fizzles out of existence.

That is what my......Genesis Supernova can do: Destroy everything.  There is no middle ground with the Move, as its lower limits only reduce the amount of devastation it causes to a negligible degree.  Were it not for the fact that my own power is vastly reduced , any Genesis Supernova I could made would at minimum resulted in Celadon being scoured down to bedrock.

And I hate that, even as I am now. Such destructive power.....no one should have it. Yet I do, among so many other Legendaries, and even the likes of Arceas and......them.

Damn! Indeed sate my curiosity lady Mew. But man, I was thinking Genesis Supernova was powerful, but I didn't think it could be THAT level of power! Legendary Pokemon is indeed almighty beings. 

I still have one question lady Mew: Between all Legendary pokemon, it is true you are the most powerful pokemon in the world? I mean, it's more or less common sense your DNA was the base of the DNA of all Pokemons. 

Not that I being rude, but there is a lot of Legendary and mystics who could have equal or higher powers: Arceus creation powers, Hoopa and his powers to summon legendary, Palkia and Dialga space and time powers, and not to mention Zygarde ability of balance the bioma.

So, despite Arceus, who is the strongest legendary in your world?
