Spirit, not to be rude myself, but you're pestering Mew while she's trying to focus.
The general takeaway from this as far as move names go should be that while some pokemon do have the capability to destroy the world and/or universe if they put their mind to it, the names of the attacks that we see in the games are sometimes exaggerated. Particularly the z-moves, which were purposely designed to be over-the-top. The names of the signature z-moves are probably the closest to describing exactly how powerful they are. (i.e. Continental Crush's name is not meant to be taken literally, nor is Black Hole Eclipse's when used by pokemon other than Gardevoir)
