Alright, now the fun begins! It's a very good thing Ditto's not Transformed into a Zangoose right now, to be honest...
Volcanic Battle: VS Brachydios - Monster Hunter Series
Leading things off for Ditto is more Rock Slides!
Rock Slide x3
Acc: 13 - 1 - 1 - 3/4/5 = 8/7/6 D6
Damage: 7 D6 base, which means 4 D6 against both Seviper and Floatzel
Eff: Flinch 3
Note: Still don't want to hit the egg, obviously!
However, if Ditto's about to get hit by a damaging Ice type move, it'll try to Evade instead if possible! Flygon do not like Ice and want to avoid it if at all possible and remove threats using the attacking type ASAP, obviously, even if the heat probably makes it difficult to be Frozen! And since Ditto doesn't have a large amount of Loyalty to Nathan (since Ditto's technically a Dragon atm and acts much like a Flygon normally would, does that mean it also temporarily gains 1 Loyalty due to Nathan's ATB bonus?), you can bet it won't want to take an attack on the chin if it's about to get hit by a quad effective type and will want to remove the possibility of getting damaged that badly ASAP!
Evade: 6 + 4 + 3 - 1 - 3/4/5 = 9/8/7 D6
If Ditto ends up Paralyzed, Nathan's got a Paralyz Heal ready to cure it immediately! He also has a Potion ready if Ditto reaches a -2 or -3 Pain Penalization! Regardless of any trust issues currently, Nathan's ready to assist Ditto in any way he can! There's a lot of statuses potentially in play here, and he can't cover every potential exploitable weakness, but Paralysis is probably the one Nathan is the most worried about! The smog is making it hard enough to hit your marks as it is!
And if Floatzel is KOed, Ditto will switch to using Dragon Breath on Seviper instead of Rock Slide.
Dragon Breath (on Seviper once Floatzel is KOed)
Acc: 13 base - 1 smog - 3/4/5 = 9/8/7 D6
Dmg: Same as Rock Slide
Eff: Paralysis (3)
Oh, and one more conditional thing: if Ditto has accumulated Lethal damage equal to more than half its max HP, it'll be withdrawn from the battle immediately.
