The Water types squirt water into the lava pool, but it just turns to steam.

You think you would only survive about 12 seconds in that lava even with Jirachi's blessing.

(Hmm what if I use a more powerful Water Move to create the path like Water Pulse with Mega Launcher? It is literally the most powerful Water Move of Gustav? Or ask the help of Typhon and Heracross to help Heart cross the lava since the first can literally levitate and the second it's a insect with wings?)

It would take a Surf to cool down this much lava, and even that would be temporary.

Typhon and Heracross are not strong flyers, but they COULD get you out there working together. The problem would be getting you back out, weighted down with the Egg and trying to go uphill. 

Of your flying Pokemon, Delta Onix is by far the strongest flyer. He can multiple bodies at once with ease. You would want to make sure Arcanine never speaks of Delta Onix in case this would cause a paradox.

(Natu teleportation then? Since Natu can teleport to long distances, a quick teleport might help)
