Bill hadn't heard of Minicorn ever living here. Shiva did say she'd check her Almanac for info about Minicorn, so here we go:

Minicorn
The Foal Pokemon
Minicorn is one of the most useful Pokemon ever researched. It is gentle and sweet, shows little fear, and its horn can be severed and ground up as a panacea. Hair, tears, and blood are all useful in various concoctions. It evolves into even more potent forms, Oblivicorn and Kiricorn, using a Dusk Stone and Shiny Stone respectively (or one of Almanac's synthetic equivalents). These evolutions offer better materials, but are also warier and better capable of defending themselves.
