I been thinking something...Let's just say there is a double battle and Viktor is first and Rose second and she use Fire Pledge and Viktor Phantom. Since Viktor no hit, he became invulnerable to Fire Pledge large scale damage. What if Viktor last action was a Charge Phantom Force? Is he become invulnerable to the residual damage of Fire Pledge, or he is protect in another dimension?

IIRC, going off of mechanics in the games, I do think you wouldn't take any damage at the end of the Round since you aren't in range of the residual damage if you're charging PF. The fire set the battlefield aflame, but you aren't even on the battlefield.

It's kinda case by case, though.  An example of when residual damage would probably hit you at the end of the round anyways is if you use Fly/Bounce/Sky Drop in the middle of a Sandstorm or Hail.
