Round is also a popular/high demand TM, so that would count as a common TM.

Since Seviper is worth about $4000 and Return is rather cheap in Stair, could I get Return plus another TM?  Or alternatively, could I trade Marowak and the Thick Club for a copy of Return if Seviper will still only go for one TM?

And in the cases of Return and Round, they're still near universal, yes?

Yeah I'm keeping the universality of universal TMs, with the usual exceptions.
