Spira, you could buy a Pokedex and that would serve as a phone, or I can come up with a price for just a phone which would be even cheaper. 

Professor Mallorn, the Oak equivalent in Creshire, will sell you a Dex for 1300$ if you tell him you're considering buying an Almanac product.

A phone would be like $700.

*Looks at Spira's monies* I think I'll go for the dex. I'll get the IC post concerning this up shortly.
