[Meta thread] Iron's PokeRole Adventure: The Skull Ruins

Gonna be traveling tomorrow, and then I'll be with my family! Woot!

I'll lock the thread before we begin the Safari Cup or December 24th, whichever comes first. Unlocked on the 26th I think.

Have safe traveling then, I hope you'll arrive well! I appreciate these breathers during holidays etc. as they are good opportunities for me to reenergize and spent time with other things without a subconscious worry of missing in-game progress and similar.


I can only speak for myself naturally, but it almost certainly will be 24th December before the start of Safari Cup - all of us aside from Heart are just done with their first Encounter Slot, and my plans for the rest of the current Day are
- spending 2nd Encounter gathering plants and crafting material in the SafariZone
- spending 3rd Encounter in one chosen Safari Zone Level to meet/catch/fight the Pokemon there

Sounds alright and doable from your side? That way I was thinking I can fully concentrate on the Volunteer Ranger Duties during the Cup.

I'm also having two mechanical questions I'd like to ask:
- Is it possible to enter the Safari Zone without participating in the Cup or as a VolunteerRanger at all? Weird question, I know, but I'd mostly just wish to explore the area a bit during my third Encounter Slot. How much is the entry fee for one Encounter and how many Safari Balls are provided then?
- Will there be time to gather plants and crafting materials during the VolunteerRanger Duties? Given one will get to see various Levels then I can gather more than solely during my second Encounter, and it'll save money.
