250$ per Encounter Slot for the Gathering Permit, I'm having no problem paying 500$ to visit the Safari Zone this Day, and it should not be a problem for Shiva to proof knowledge about how to not take too much from a plant. Where can that Permit be obtained? And would it be okay if Shiva would for now 'just' figure out where notable plants/trees etc. grow to revisit them during downtime and look for some Pokemon in the Zone today? Can a batch of Safari Balls be rented together with the Permit? It's okay if it costs extra.
