Then here comes my suggestions: Garuda. Its a some sort of divine being in the pantheon of indian mythology if I recall very well about a powerfull and divine bird half dragon. 

Indra maybe too? The god of storm and lighting would be a very fitting name too. Comes from the same mythology as Garuda.

God Arcana. God: Divine being and allmighty. Arcana: Magic, power, something with both wisdom and power. Would be a powerfull name too since Yatagaryuu is reverenced almost like a god. And its hold power and magic manifestation over the storms. And thats a quite unique name.

Odin/Thor. Nordic gods, divine beings, one its ruler of divine Aesir, and the other a literally god of lighting. Both fitting names for Volchik. 

Well, thats my suggestions for now!

Hmmm...not entirely sure if I want to name Lucy's little girl after a divine being, to be entirely honest.

In any case, all of those divine names are referring to gods that are typically referred to as male, and Volchik is going to be female, so...

God Arcana sounds a little too...hmmm...impersonal, I guess?  It sounds more like a title than a name...unique, yes, but not quite what I was trying to envision...

Hmm, in that case how about Hypolitha, queen of Amazons. She is not a godness but instead a strong amazon who appear in the stories of Hercules. 

Hmm lets see another no divine name...how about Lucky? You could say your future girl its something to give you good lucky, since its a super duper rare dragon who can be Storms. 

Maybe also...Hope? Hope for a better future. Hope in the form of lighting, striking in the hearts of Reiner foes. And hope for a change in the future of Blackthorn. Sounds like a simple but also fitting name.
