"Hehe.  Good to see ya too, girl.  Whew, you've sure grown a lot in the last four years, haven't ya?  Wasn't any need to worry about us.  We were mostly worried about you, ya know.  Spent the last four years worrying, in fact.  It's good to see that Taylor got ya out of that mess you were in.  Was quite surprised to hear you're actually a Dragon, too."


Well, that certainly explains why Lucy wasn't perched on Taylor's shoulder like she was all those years ago.

Reiner then rummages around in his bag a little and pulls out some of those High Quality Dragon Rations to offer to Lucy.  "Picked these up earlier this week.  Supposed to help Dragons grow stronger more quickly.  Want some?"

Reiner's also got a pokeball of his own ready afterwards, a small smile on is face.  "Got someone else who'll be happy to see ya.  Taylor probably told ya already, but she and Jeff evolved at the same time."

Another flash of light later, and Kingdra also appears in the room!  At first, her gaze is on Reiner.  Questioning.  She's wondering what on earth just happened.  One moment, they're in that strange place full of dangerous, rude, glowing green pokemon, and then she heard an explosion, and then...

...and that's when she notices she, Reiner, and Weavile aren't the only ones standing in the room.

She narrows her eyes and initially does much the same thing Lucy just did...until...wait, is that...is that Taylor?  And who's the strange, big dragon that's currently looking...excited?  And why is Reiner being all friendly with them?  She looks to Reiner for answers, and he chuckles as he responds.  "Yup, she's back, Kingdra.  She's finally, finally back.  And look who she brought with her.  I know she looks quite different from before, but...it's Lucy.  Seems we missed a lot in the last four years....hehe...so much for our plans to rescue her ourselves, right?"

Kingdra's eyes go a little wide as the strange dragon's identity is revealed.  THAT'S Lucy!?  She knew the little bird was actually a dragon to be the entire time, but seeing it for real...

I imagine Lucy's more than happy to greet Kingdra as well.  And Kingdra is 100% very happy to finally see Lucy again.  Despite Lucy's control over electricity, Kingdra always liked being around the dragon to be, and Electric type attacks aren't nearly as much of a concern for her ever since she evolved 4 years ago.

Lucy preened at your first few comments, spreading her wings wide and craning her head up to strike a closed eye confidant pose, looking very pleased with you and herself. She shares your sentiments completely, and is happy you never forgot about her or stopped caring too!

However, when you mentioned your previous ignorance of her Dragon heritage, though, she stopped posing and gave you that same look Taylor gave you the last time, before rolling her eyes and shaking her head. Really now.....she may have just been a little birdy back then, but was it that hard to tell? Especially since she acted more draconic than a Flying type should, and got along great with their Seadra despite being an Electric type......

Thankfully, all was forgiven when you presented the HQDRs to the Stormbringer, which she took one sniff at before she plucked them out of your hands, tossed them into the air, and then cawed them down with great enthusiasm. Yum yum in her tum tum! Apparently a Yatagaryu's eating habits are avian like instead of draconic!

Finally, your assumption about Lucy was absolutely true, for her attention was quickly diverted to Kingdra as she shared thier wide eyed look, before she bounded over an tackled the aquatic Arendse to the ground, rumbling down at her old friend happily and playfully in greeting. This soon begat an intense but friendly mock fight between the two dragonesses, the two tussling and chasing/hopping around each other as they re-familiarized themselves and re-affirmed their bond how they knew best, just like old times. It was a slightly shocking sight to see two full grown Dragons play around like children, but such is the nature of their friendship, so strong as to permit such a thing. No doubt this is one of the happiest times in years for the both of them, if not THE happiest - that certainly seems to be the case for Kingdra at least!

Taylor herself was somewhat stunned to see the spectacle at first, before a small tender smile graced her features after she let out a fond laugh.

"Hah......this bring me back when the two were just small fry, happy as....well, as they are right now, as a matter of fact. *Glances over to you* How about you, partner?"

Lucy's definitely not noticing her Egg right now, or anytime soon unless you do something about it. Weavile (can't forget about him) so far has been watching the scene with crossed arms but a easy going smile and a moderate amount of good cheer showing in his expression. Considering how tough/cool he acts and the airs of superiority/aloofness he carried, he was being abnormally expressive, but how could be not at such a touching, long awaited reunion? He's a Dark/Ice type, but even he's not cold hearted enough to remain unaffected by such!
