From what you could tell, Riza was perfectly open to anything you requested of her/with her, including......hm. As for the matter of prenancy, given her current state, you also assume the likelihood of that happening is about that same for a Legendary showing up and willingly becoming......a normal person's partner. Still, its always prudent to take precaution in intimacy, so your concern about that is both practical and sweet.
