I think at least of the only few things who could stop Hope would be Nuclear moves, but even that could not even that powerfull against her. Unless of course you want make a almight Legendary Nuclear Yatagaryu. The slightest though make tremble in fear. A daughter of the Legendary Rayquaza itself combined with Nuclear Energy...it would be literally the end of the world.

I'm not really counting Nuclear moves in the assessment, tbh.  It's kind of a given that they'll absolutely destroy most pokemon, given that they benefit from both STAB and the full type chart effectiveness, unlike the Shadow moves they were inspired by.

Let's not discuss the possibility of Nuclear Legends.  Surely Urayne is more than enough of that, right?
