Well, if you can wax lyrical, so can I!
Kingdra has come a far way from where she started, eh? From a sweet but volatile dragoness that was always threatening to OUTRAGE, to a matured Dragon that still has a quite the temper, but complete control over it. What a development.
A radical, absurdly rapid development in character to be sure, but then again, The Flower Festival has been a grand stage for the most interesting times and exciting events. During this week, anything that could happen did - or felt like so - and made what once was impossible seem horribly quaint now. Taylor's return is prime example of that, to say the least.
So in that light, with her reunion with her all but sister in blood Lucy, and lastly Reiner's constant support and influence, Kingdra becoming a Noble Dragon in an instant wasn't so strange. It was just the result of a culmination of many things, at long last coming together in the most auspicious of fashions.
The power of family......it's truly something special.

Your turbulent tyke tilts her head at you and chirped innocently, appearing completely oblivious to the fact she totaled an entire room on accident, much less that was a problem. The concepts of culpability, responsibility, guilt, or even basic comprehension of wrongness for her actions were therefore entirely absent, leaving her to naturally conclude she did nothing wrong or without thought. Right now, about the only things she understand/was totally aware of were her daddy (who seems worried about something?), a rudimentary conceptual understanding of emotions (hers and others), and the bundle of instincts/instinctual Knowledge her Pokemon heritage gifted her.
Her worldview, morality, ethics....they were practically non-existent for Legendary Volchick. The only thing that had any controlling motivation and disinclination for her actions were her base instincts.....and you, her father, to whom she loves and adores above all else, and to whom she will listen to without qualm (For now, at least. Wait until she hits puberty....).
Such was the typical behavior of young Pokemon, but for her.......it was something to give one pause.
Fortunately for you, being feed was universal understood by Pokemon, causing her to let out a sweet and happy *Chirp!* before she started to dig in, pecking away at the HQDR slowly but ravenously.
Food! Food! Mmm.....Yum!
More than sufficiently distracted by her first meal (and what a meal it was!), you were able to go over and check on Taylor.

....and after shaking her shoulder for a bit, she slowly is roused from her disheveled state, miraculously only being dropped to 1 HP and knocked unconscious instead of truly Fainted. She leans up from the ground, biting out a loan moan and held her head in one hand, shaking it a bit to try and clear the Pained daze that was clouding her mind.
"Uurraaaagggg..... My head......urrrraaa......my body. Feels like I downed half a bottle of moonshine with Cathy......then beaten down and set on fire by the rest of it. *Looks over to you blearily, realizing you are there* .....Reiner? *Glances around the room* Urrrrr......what the HELL happened? And why.......don't you look about as good as everything else in here?"
*Rolls*
Mr. Mime is unfortunately Fainted, as LV's hatching completely took him off guard, prevent him from Teleporting away or using his other Psychic powers to protect himself. Tough luck for the butler.
Like the wind, I come and go as I please... but I am always there to provide a comforting breeze.
