If I recall correctly, the patches leading up to 1.0.2 such as 1.0.1UniB and 1.0.1UnI were based off the Official 1.0.1 code structure and fixes.
We provide both the Official 1.0.1 patch and the newly released 1.0.2 here on the Uranium Forum. Try re-installing 1.0, update to Official 1.0.1 and THEN run the patcher to install 1.0.2. Everything should be fine from there and you can use the patcher from here on out without any complications.
