Decided the BQB will add one success rather than one dice. The Super Rod doesn't add any dice, it just has its own Encounter List so to speak.
If you ever want to use the Super Rod to catch common Pokemon instead of rare, just let me know - that would be a situation where it would add dice.

Survival + Nature + Bait = 7d6+1
(3)(6)(5)(3)(3)(4)(3) = 4 successes.
You catch an Overgrown Crawdaunt! It looks like it'll probably have 5 Base HP. It's also eating a Staryu! The meal is still alive but on its last legs, quite literally.
