From what you can glean with your Empathy, the newly semi-self named Hope is a fairly intelligent and bright youth, which explains why she was quickly to pick up new words and form simple sentences. You also are aware of Psychic, Dark, and Ghost type/inclined Pokemon being particularly fast learners, and her Legendary status would logically have a great influence on her overall mental prowess and development. Here's hoping that her budding genuis doesn't cause any trouble for you, or raises more concerns than not!

Your partner readily accepts your aid, biting back a groan as you helped her stand, leaning on you for support and looking rather surprised, amused, and ever so slightly grumpy as you explained what the heck happened. 

"I sure a hell don't feel so lucky, Reiner, but I'll take your word for it. Darn and knit me into a Christmas sweater if Lucy's little girl doesn't know how to set the scene, though! Her mum's birth shorted out my house for an half an hour, so I sorta expected some damage when her Egg hatched, but.....*Glances around the room again*.....not to this extent. Not by a longshot. Nor this soon, to boot- put the Egg in my PC ASAP after spring my girl, then brought her out to give to ya once I heard from ya. *Pained shrug* So it beats me why her Egg hatched this quickly too. Literally. *Offers you a smile* I'm glad at least you avoided getting blown down and up, though, so small blessing from the Dragon Gods, those stingy bastards."

She chuckles a bit at her blasphemy, then starts shuffling at bit until she pulls out a plain Pokeball from......somewhere, and gives you a weary smile.

"Mind if you prop me up a bit, while I bring out my personal doc? She can help patch me and everyone fast as a Jolteon, so ya don't have to - "

Taylor cuts off as her gaze passes over your god child, her expression freezing like your Frosslad used Sheer Cold on her as she stared them......before she swore.

"What the fuck?! Why does my girl's girl look.......look like the goddamn King of Dragons Rayquaza , in his full fucking glory?! How?"

.....Well, several things have been made clear now: Hope's picking up new words on the fly, Taylor's likely going to be quite the colorful influence on the tyke, and that she apparently more aware about them than you are, at least as far as appearances go. That, and Taylor didn't hear the hazardous hatchling, since she isn't swearing about that too. Huh.....

[Fortunately, Reiner was planning to do something along those lines anyways, Spirit.]

Reiner remains as calm as can be as he responds to Taylor's question.  "...hell if I know the exact reason, Taylor.  All I know right now is that she's strong enough to tear a room like this to shreds without even thinking about it, she's able to talk telepathically; which probably has something to do with one of the moves she knows, there's a lot of things she needs to learn, she's apparently a fast learner given how quickly she's learning new words as soon as we say them only once, and she's got that emblem on her chest that looks nothing like Lucy's did.  That, and she's definitely calling me 'daddy', even though I only just got her egg when it hatched.  Even just looking at all of that at a glance, I think it's safe to say she's probably a lot more than a normal Volchik.  Whatever the Elders did, I don't think it worked the way anyone expected it too.  Particularly if she...looks like...Rayquaza...ya know, now that you say it, she doesn't quite look like the pictures of Rayquaza that I've seen before...I thought the color scheme looked familiar, but something about it...doesn't seem quite the same...I can't quite put my finger on why, though..."  

[OOC: Reiner's not familiar with what Mega Rayquaza looks like, as most of the lore surrounding M-Rayquaza specifically is centered in Hoenn and told by the Draconid People, and isn't necessarily something a 'typical' Tohjo Dragon Tamer would know as the Dragon Clans from other regions are different from the Draconid People.]

Reiner definitely helps Taylor get herself propped up so she can summon her personal doc, but then he needs to deal with this situation with Lucy's chick.  "...excuse me for one second while I talk to the newborn, Taylor.  And mind your language for a second, please.  Yes, I know I'm not exactly in a position to preach about that, given my own tendencies, but let's try to not create any more problems on top of already existing ones.  I'd rather not have to listen to a kid repeat swear words over and over if it's all the same to you."

Reiner kneels in front of the chick soon afterwards, sternly yet gently saying, "...now, I don't want to hear you using those words over and over like that, alright?  It's rude, and more than likely to get both you and me into trouble we don't need to get into.  And we don't want to get into trouble, right?  I know I don't.  Particularly when there are bad people out there who would do anything to take you away from those who care for you.  And if we get into trouble, then they might find us.  And I don't want them to find us and take you away.  There's a time and a place for such language, but now is NOT that time.  Understood?"

Hopefully that gets the point across to the little green Volchik.
