Question, @Lord Windos: could Reiner teach the Heal Pulse TM to Poe since he has an affinity for the Ghostly?  Or would he have to wait until Poe's evolved into an actual Ghost to do that?

I say you could teach him Heal Pulse as is! His Surprise would guarantee the Target heals 2 HP from the Move by replacing the first two Failures in a Roll, so his HPs are overall quite powerful! However, using them really tuckers the little guy out (Since he's sickly/weak, and giving up his energy doesn't improve those conditions any), which is expressed by him gains - 1 on all his Rolls for an Encounter per use of HP. Essentially, he's more than a decent healer, but don't overuse that ability unless he's staying out of Fights entirely!
