@Spiritmon Don't be sorry ^^ That 7:00pm goes for everything that is located in the time zone GMT-4. To get the time of the event from where you live, use the internet to find out what GMT that is and calculate the delay.
Example: The time zone I'm is GMT+1, so the event starts when my clocks hit 12am. Honestly, that time calculating thing was the very first thing I did after seeing the date and time
