Yeah, Poison/Dragon is a great type on the right pokemon. Just ask Naganadel, destroyer of OU.
Elanor has a Gym, right? If its a Grass or Fairy Gym, then Dragalge might actually be bought for more than the asking price, as having a Pokemon that can hard counter or check the local challenge would be quite desirable to Trainers, even with the venomous sea drake's EXTREMELY ornery nature. Selling it to the townsfolk would probably be impossible for that very same reasons, though, unless some odd nut that hates flowers lives in flower central of Cheshire.
Yeap, I remember their brief reign there. My gimmicky teams and stall teams were able to ruin it (Toxipex in particular always ruined it, hehehe.....) 90%, but once that beast got started, it REALLY cleaned things up ASAP.
