Reiner's quick to try and calm Hope down.  "It's okay, Hope, it's okay.  Weavile's one of my friends, alright?  He's 100% not going to harm you.  Got it?"

And then he turns to address Weavile once Hope has calmed down a little.  "...well, you're not entirely wrong there, buddy, but not exactly right, either.  Lucy's egg hatched as soon as she confirmed that she was fine with me taking it, and it seems we all got more than expected out of it.  It'd be more accurate to say a windstorm trashed this room.  A windstorm that lil' Hope here, who definitely has more than a passing resemblance to Rayquaza for who knows what reason, accidentally summoned when she hatched.  Powerful as she is, though, she is still most definitely a child, so...and if you're wondering why I'm not as beat up as everyone else, it's because I was in the eye of the storm due to being the one holding the egg.  We have Taylor's personal doc Cathy over there..." *points at the plague doctor pokemon*  "...to thank for getting everyone back on their feet.  I just taught Poe Heal Pulse with that TM we found to help out since everyone's still lookin' a bit worse for wear." 

*looks at Poe*  "Well, how about for your first use of the move, ya help out Mr. Mime?  Looks like he could use it the most."  And I'm guessing that Cathy is probably gonna quickly catch on that Poe gets much more tired than the average Heal Pulse user whenever he uses the move...and I'm also gonna guess that Hope is also probably still fascinated with how pretty the healing move looks, too.



*looks at Mr. Mime*  "Could ya run Kingdra and Lucy through the healing machine real quick once you're feeling a bit better, Mr. Mime?  Maybe the extra time will help Lucy to adjust, too."

Kingdra's giving Lucy a few comforting nuzzles during most of the prior conversation (her equivalent of a comforting gesture since she lacks any free limbs, being a seahorse pokemon).  It'll all turn out fine in the end.  She's certain of that.  Upon overhearing Reiner's last comment to Mr. Mime, though, she trumpets in agreement with him!  A brief rest away from this mess might do some good!  She still definitely wants to battle and show off her skills, though!  And maybe that battle they were talking about will help Lucy take her mind off of this, too!

Your quick explanation suffices in becalming Hope, who has been hiding and shivering in your grasp like a startled Caterpie ever since she spotted Weavile. She slowly ceases that and peers up at you, looking at you and letting out a worried *Chirp....*

Weavile, meanwhile, gives you a long, almost gormless stare as you briefly described what happened, switched his gaze over to the turbulent tyke (Who immediately tucked her head into your chest), then back at you, before closing his eyes, slowly shaking his head, and sighing.

"....You know what, I'm not even all that surprised about that. This week has been an interesting for us, to say the least, so you hatching a faux Rayquaza isn't blowing me away, you could say. *Sighs* Look, you mind if I just chill in the living room while sort this mess out? I'd like to have some R&R now that this insane Flower Festival is about to be wrapped up, before we have to skeddadle from town. The NRF going kaput like that is going to draw all the wrong kinds of attention to Celadon, so I say its best we lay low for a real long time before we start pulling any heists with Taylor."
Faux.....Rayquaza? ......Hey! I Not Faux!!! Mean! Ice Cat Rude Rude! ......But Scary Too....
Speaking of the cloaked lady, her attention was totally devoted to Lucy right now, so you didn't have to worry about her ease dropping on that chat!

Poe lets out an "E-Eevee!" of affirmation, before scrunching up his face cutely in concentration as he Channeled his inner power, before unleashing it as an orb of dark pink light!
Ooooh.......Pink Heal Pulse Light Again! Hmm.....But It Looks Feels Different? Huh?

Mr. Mime is fully restored!

The psychic butler jolts as the revitalizing energy enters into him, looking plainly surprised at how much better and calmer he feels, before he does his best to regain his composure in short order, coughing into his fist and bowing his head to the Little Bro first, then to you.

"Thank you for your assistance, Poe. It is...greatly appreciated. *Turns to you* Yes, I can do that right away, Mr. Arendse."

Your adorable fluff ball smiles back happily at Mr. Mime, glad he could help the nice Pokemen.......before splayed out onto the ground, belly to the floor as he looked plain and simply tuckered out from using his newly acquired Move. Oof, that took a lot out of him......but he doesn't regret it all!

Obviously Cathy picks up on Poe's new state/what caused it, and with a alarmed warble they rush over and start doing a medical examination of your furry friend, carefully inspect him with a keen and worried eye. Contrary to expectation, Poe does not freak out over the doc's sudden visitation, as there presence and.......feel indicate they only wanted to help him, even if they were a bit.......weird.
Lucy's greatly appreciates her friends nuzzles, and reciprocates the gesture with a smile and entwining her neck with their body in a hug. She was fine enough, but thanks to her fellow dragoness' support, she feels like getting more just 'okay' now. She also perks up as their battle is brought back to the forefront of everyone's minds, and gives a calm rumble of agreement. Yeah, a great battle that she can let loose in would do her a great deal of good, so she's still all for it!

Once Mr. Mime carts off Kingdra and Lucy for healing, the thief extraordinaire paces back to you, looking half relieved and half curious that everything's turned out more or less alright despite some......complications.

"So we're still doing our battle, eh? Fine by me, I guess, but we'll have to clear the arena before we get started, unless we want are Pokemon stumbling around and hurting themselves on all the equipment on it (Hazard on both sides of the Field: - 1 Accuracy and + 1 Damage upon being switched in). Before that, though, what are the rules for our bout going to be? All out, no holds bar beat down, Items, Switching or no switching......what's the take going to be on those things, partner?"

At the sound of the barometric birdy's elation, Taylor glances over to her, takes one good long look at her, then looks back to you with a deadpan expression that brook no arguement to what she was about to say.

"I do have one condition myself, though: Lucy's girl ain't allowed to be used. At least, not without giving me plenty of advantages to make up for it. She's just way too strong for me and most of my team to handle, and with you backing her up, I got no chance in heaven or the Underworld in defeating her. Not without losing half of my team or more in the attempt, at least. Plus, I don't think Hope would like to see her daughter fighting so soon, and especially not like the possibility of tussling with them herself."
What? Aww......... No Fair. Or.....Too Fair? Hmpt......Grandmommy Being Mean......
