I have probably been unclear on "day" vs "Day." Volunteering as a Ranger takes one "day" or one single charge of $500, one 24 hour period from 7 to 7.

Patroling in the dark sounds like fun! (Honestly, not sarcastically.) Is there a PC in the gatehouse from which I have access to my Boxes on Bill's PC?

Maybe a bit in this specific case, though I'd be up to pay the fine once more if I'd be asked to. That means I WILL spent two Encounters within the Safari Zone with duties on Day 72, correct? Signing up for the Area of choice likely takes place in the morning or would it be better to still do that at the evening of Day 71 before Shiva will turn in for the night kinda like 'First comes, first serves'? I think I'll decide for Areas depending on how her final Encounter in Area 6 today goes.

There's definitely a PC in the gatehouse, because they'll need it for the Cup.
