Also @Lord Windos what Pokemon is Cathy? I cant recall what Pokemon it is.
Also since you have mentioned Arbok Dragonstrike, his pre-evo is more or less common in Tandor. To be more precisely in Routes 4, 8 and 11 (Nuclear Form). Arbok is also common in Hazard Zone in his Nuclear Form, Route 8 and have one in the Route 11 as a Nuclear Pokemon.
