@Spiritmon, is the item Heracross holding a Razor Claw or Razor Fang?  The Claw (the one that evolves Sneasel into Weavile) has an increased crit chance.  A Fang (the one that evolves Gligar into Gliscor) is the one that has a small chance of Flinching.

I do remember Heart getting a Fang earlier from some wild Gligar in Mt. Sentry if my memory isn't faulty.  I can't remember any other times that might have happened, though.

Now I confused if Iron was mentioned a Razor Claw or Razor Fang...

It looks to me like it was meant to be a Razor Fang.  It'd make sense, too, given the pokemon that was holding it.
