@Spiritmon and @Mikaruge108 (mostly listing this for Mika's benefit, though), there's one more restriction in this tournament that I forgot to list.

As this is an official League Battle, the 4 unique moves per pokemon rule is also (probably) in effect.  You're free to use any move the pokemon has learned, but once a pokemon has used four, they're locked into using those 4 for the remainder of the battle.

Of course, Disobedient pokemon might not care about this rule either.
