Nathan's Survival has increased to 5 for 32 exp, which maxes his Initiative bonus at a 'natural' +11.  Mizu is now going first since her Initiative has increased to 13 and Nathan has higher Dex than the Fisherman.

This is a brilliant play I had never thought of. Very dramatic! +2 XP.
