Will Heart switch Pokemon?

Heart pant a little since he have used a Will Point. He pat the head of Exeggcute. "Great you guys. Return for now, since I might need you guys later." Heart then return Exeggcute and bring Teen Kangaskan to the battlefield. "Sorry for have hurt you and your mother back where we first meet. I promise to you when this Safari Cup is over, I promise to release you and your mother back to the place I find you. Just listen to my orders and restrain yourself from using Lethal Damage, understood?"

She gives you a look... she'll see. She's a little harder to persuade than her mother. However, she does seem interested in shattering some rocks.

Out comes a Wobbuffet! It immediately tries to hide its tail.

Here's another Pokemon that should totally have some Disobedience...although it only has like 2 moves lol.

Heart return the look with some intimidation. "Restrain yourself from lethally moves and you and your mother will be free. When Heart see the guy summon a Wobbuffet, Heart couldnt help but to make a sad face. "Oh. Wobbuffet huh? This kinda...bring me back memories..." Heart mind go though the adventure in Mt. Sentry, where Heart and Ventus exchange Pokemons for the long run there. And face together a few dangers like Seikamater. "I wonder how things is working to him..."

Heart after that though, decide to go foward in the battle. "Kangas, we must be very careful towards that Wobbuffet. First use Fake Out to flinch that foe. Then go foward in use a No-Lethal Bite! 4x! Thats better because that Wobbuffet for sure know Counter, so a less powerfull moves is necessary to make sure he did not win!"

Fake Out Accuracy: Dex (5) + Fight (4) + Brawl (3) - Actions (5) = 7D6
Damage: Power (1) + STR (4) + STAB (1) = 6D6
Effect: Flinch the foe. Only work in the first round.

Bite Accuracy: Dex (5) + Fight (4) + Brawl (3) - Actions (6/7/8/9) = 6D6/5D6/4D6/3D6
Damage: Power (2) + STR (4) + SE (1) = 6D6+1
Effect: D3 to flinch.

Also, despite she decide to use any other move, she still holding the Razor Claw so other moves will have a aditional effect of D1 chance to flinch.
