Spira, eh... hi! Shiva here, I just wanted to, well, how to say it... Ah, I'm just sorry that things ended up for you like they did in the Cup. Been watching all battles from the gatehouse, you know? I understand that you'd prefer to be alone at first to calm down, but if you need someone who's listening or towards who you could vent a little, don't be shy to contact me, alright?

Spira sends a "Alright, thanks for that." back, and after healing the catches and swapping his party back to his usual party, heads to the arena to watch. ... He finds the area near the gatehouse where Shiva's at and tries to find a nearby seat, but doesn't notice Angela until he sits down. Welp hopefully things will remain civil.

Angela does notice you and leans over to whisper something to Shiva. "Can I tell you something, girl to girl? That guy beside you...yeah, the one with the very grim face... he nabbed a Chansey I was trying to get. Never underestimate him."

Shiva receives the return-message rather quickly, almost instantly, and ends up being pleased with the answer: She feels like being able to make a difference for good. Yay!

Catching him stopping by to watch the remaining Cup not long after that and even taking a seat neaby her catches her off-guard and almost choke on snacks once again, but in silent she's happy to see him. Before she makes it to say hello or such Angela demands her attention though, of course Shiva's all ears! She doesn't find his face 'very' grim though, lolz.

Her reaction towards hearing that he managed to FIND and CATCH and SNATCH and SOFT-STEAL a real and vivid Chansey though from the gym-leading fae enthusiast is basically:


*prolonged and excited gasping* "For real...?? That so cool - guess it was someone else's lucky day yesterday as well? I wonder why he didn't use it in the Cup though, would be cool to see. He appears capable! Sorry that, eh... you didn't catch that Chansey though", Shiva adds a bit meekly. She's not quite sure whether it's more of a good idea or a bad idea to let Angela know that she knows Spira herself. Can't be kept secret forever though, maybe??

I was thinking she already realized you knew Spira since you sat together, but I can retcon that particular detail if you wanted to try to hide it. Angela doesn't seem mad at you, but with your Insight you sense that she might try to tease Spira about it.
