I specified the Flamethrower as non-lethal, so it should be Burn 1. Still only a 2 D6 resist, though (Mega Buff should only be +1 Defense, as nothing (currently known about) can naturally increase a pokemon's Vitality). Standard League rules disallow Lethal damage in most cases. Dagny's Gym Battle is one of the few official League battles that allows it so long as you aren't purposely trying to kill her pokemon (as there are legitimate strategies that involve using Lethal damage without killing the opponent)
