Spira, despite being in a hurry, he's the second to last one to the scene. "*huff* *huff* Sorry, it's... been awhile... since I had to run like that." After catching his breath, Spira lets Toya out of his pokeball to see if there is anything that he can pick up on.

Toya phases through the rubble and reports no humans found. He gives you the grin he reserves for the death of a Pokemon, though. Must be a few nonhuman casualties in the rubble.
