The Iron Tail tutor you could track down. I was planning on having a Poison tutor along the same lines as the Steel one, coincidentally. Draco Meteor you need to be fully evolved. Koa is up for any move he can learn, especially Draco Meteor. He thinks having either of the Fairy-beating moves should be enough.
