Nathan can't help but correct Shiva on something. "...you have it the wrong way around. The Six and the Four were 4 trainers with only 6 pokemon between them. They're the primary reason we have a 6 pokemon party limit and the Elite 4 today."
Partially, he's doing that because he doesn't like some of the other lines of thinking he's having after Shiva's speculation, and he's trying not to think about it without thinking of something else as well.
Is that really what the first stanza of the prophecy means? That they have to choose between the Skull Ruins and Almanac and can't do both?
