Angela sees Diggersby heading off, and begins preparing the area to receive Mr. Mime. She lays out some sequins in a circle, pulls out a mirror and hangs it on a rock, brings out her parasol for use as a prop, etc. Basically, lots of shiny things to entice the Fairy side of the Pokemon.

Diggersby returns, leading Mr. Mime by the hand. Mr. Mime is almost skipping, happy to have found a Pokemon friend. He stops short when he sees Terra and Angela, although he's eyeing the sequins. 

Luckily, Terra doesn't look anything like a Scimitar right now.

Terra does spare the 'Dragon' Lady a half curious glance at her dressing up their metaphorical bolt hole like it was some Contest stage, but he soon shrugs it off and watches/awaits his luxurious lagomorph's return with Mr. Mime. So far as he can tell she wants to make the place look pretty and inviting for the confused clown, so he has no reason to object or raise any questions.

He gave the pantomiming psychic a courteous bow as they arrived, motioning to himself and Angela as he did so.

"Hello, Mr. Mime. I am Terra, and this is Angela. We are friends of Nathan. Here to....act as backup for him and everyone else, in case they need it. You are safe and welcome here."

Simple, and straight to the point. Angela's free to add anything else she likes, especially if it helps them trust the two of them more!

Mr. Mime bows back, summons some imaginary balloons that lift him slightly up into the air, then gives you one to hold.
