A Magic Room is an option, but this will only provide a time frame of a few seconds - probably not enough to get things done properly.

Either way, she still believes that attacking the gauntlets with moves from the Pokemon will do it and break the cord, if other suggestions aren't soon to come. The catch is though that this has a good chance to alert the Scims as well. BUT, as soon as Keni & Oscar are free, the Unfinished Card should make for a smooth and remarkable escape...!

You're positive the flexing of the Gauntlets did not affect the Curious Cord at all.


Magic Room probably won't stop the camera(s) from recording but it will prevent any orders from being sent to those camera(s). 


You've already seen that an entire party can get through one of those True Cards! It's just a matter of getting the captives loose.
